The Supreme Court has just released the list of examinees who have successfully passed the 2009 Bar Examinations. This year, out of a total 5,903 examinees, only 1,451 were able to pass, a 24.58% passing rate. The passing rate was lowered to 71%, down from the regular 75% on all eight subjects in the exams while the disqualification grade in Taxation was lowered from 49% to 45%.
